Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framing Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the assembly and erection of building frameworks, including wood structures, to bring architectural visions to life. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your construction skills while contributing to diverse building projects, from residential remodels to large commercial developments.
Duties
- Assist with framing tasks using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to construct building frameworks according to blueprints and schematics.
- Erect metal buildings, metal stud framing, and wood framing structures with precision and safety awareness.
- Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as needed for foundational support.
- Support roofing, siding, stucco application, and trim carpentry tasks during various phases of construction projects.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning materials on site.
- Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures, levels, and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment of framing components.
Requirements
- Proven construction site experience with a focus on framing or related trades such as carpentry or masonry preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans confidently Preferred.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to framing work.
- Knowledge of metal building erection, drywall installation (plastering), roofing, siding, and stucco application is highly desirable.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of dimensional measurements and the use of measuring devices for precise construction work preferred
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, woodworking, restoration projects or remodeling is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety protocols and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
