We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Foreman to lead and supervise landscaping crews on residential and/or commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on landscaping experience, and the ability to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers on daily job assignments
- Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and materials with management
- Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and client expectations
- Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
- Operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Perform quality control inspections and address any issues on-site
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety policies
- Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and management
- Assist with hands-on work as needed to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in landscaping or related field
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, irrigation, and plant care
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, if applicable)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience with irrigation systems and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of hardscape installation (pavers, concrete, etc.)
