Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient transactions
- Prepare and serve food items following safety standards and quality guidelines
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling stations, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly for new guests
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during retail sales transactions and food service operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
