Job Summary
We are in search of a Guest Services Associate who will be responsible for working with the Guest Services Director and other associates to ensure cleanliness in all buildings/rooms and the spaces within, stock cleaning supplies, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and assemble/breakdown setups as requested by our guests.
This role involves communicating with each other and the directors regularly to ensure group needs are accurately met, particularly with room and meeting space accommodations, as well as specifics setting up reserved spaces, special requests, etc. Coordinate with the Facilities department to ensure guest rooms are clean and functioning properly. Manage laundry and trash needs for the Camp and Conference Center. Notify supervisors of any damages, defects, or disturbances.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain high levels of performance
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to work with a team and prioritize multiple priorities
- A demonstrated passion for the mission of the Diocese and St. Christopher
