- Create, update, and manage all project management related processes to ensure service is as expected.
- Take lead on morning/afternoon meetings with Superintendents to have all relevant information addressed with the team.
- Work with D & E on all drawings concerns, permits, utilities, etc., under the direction of the Assistant Operations Manager
- Create initial project schedules, under the direction of the Assistant Operations Manager

- Check on permit requirements
- Submit plans for utility approvals, with help from D&E Manager
- Notify Operations Management and the Site Superintendent of each job and update on permit status
- Communicate weekly with customers while in the pre-construction phase
- Drive scheduling efficiencies with all subs to maximize efficiency, and ensure that all milestones are completed per Project Management time tables, in coordination with Accounting instructions
- Document with appropriate details, notes, and uploads into the Project Management System (Buildertrend)
- Ensure all subs are on time with deliveries and pickups, and are properly scheduled for the day, week and month. Communicate effectively with all subs regarding schedules and expectations.
- Schedule inspection requests, per city requirements, for all Superintendents.
- Communicate daily with Operations Management to have clarity of subs arrivals and departures in the field, while communicating immediately, with any new expectations, to the customers, via phone call/text message/email.
- Ensure materials and equipment are all ordered, filed and documented appropriately.
- Be aware and track all change requests/addendums, by following up with D&E. Ensure D&E is made aware of the request and that all files are updated as needed. Once the Change Request/Addendum is approved, ensure that the Accounting and Ops Team is aware of the change.
- Scan in any information to the Project Management System (Buildertrend), as necessary
- Work in coordination with management and administration to increase efficiencies, improve systems, and discuss innovative ideas.
- Maintain camera inventory and all repair/replacement parts. Have working knowledge of job site camera solutions and check camera functions every hour.
- Keep updated inventory of all SPPB items kept in the shop
- File/Track all Warranty/Issues brought to us by the customer by entering a Buildertrend Warranty Claim
- Special projects as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (Required)
