Position Summary
Ozzy Properties, Inc. is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in servicing a mix of commercial and residential properties in Andover, North Andover, Lawrence and Methuen. This position will be primarily based at a 96-unit residential apartment community in Andover. This hands-on role will be responsible for apartment turnovers, routine maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, cross-property coverage and emergency response services while delivering exceptional tenant satisfaction.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- On-call rotation every fifth week for after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergencies
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently complete apartment turnovers to company standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests
- Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance
- Inspect the grounds and buildings for issues every morning and clear debris around site and dumpsters
- Track and manage work orders to ensure timely completion
- Provide cross-coverage support for other company properties as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional community environment
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents
- Collaborate with the Director of Facilities and maintenance team
- Follow company safety procedures and property standards
Qualifications
- Previous multifamily property maintenance experience required
- Experience with painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC-R, and electrical systems (licensure not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Experience with Yardi software is a plus; training available
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma or vocational/technical certification required
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current automobile insurance required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a background check
