What You'll Do as an AT&T Representative
- Meet with customers to introduce AT&T wireless and internet services
- Recommend products and service options based on each customer's needs
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Answer questions and guide customers through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity
- Participate in team meetings, training, and leadership development
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
What We're Looking For
