Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Roofing Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of roof, siding and rotten wood ensuring efficient and complete repairs the first time. This role requires a strong construction background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
- Diagnose leak sources attributed to roof and non-roof related problems.
- Utilize all tools required to perform residential and some commercial jobs.
- Perform repairs on faulty roofs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with other employees to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future issues as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair status and recommendations.
Skills
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including water tests, scopes, etc.
- Strong with the ability to understand installation manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to repair work.

Pay: $890.81 - $1,034.14 per week
