7. Check residents every 30 minutes-Night log

2. APD HIPAA

5. Bloodborne Pathogens
6. Local background check
7. Level 2 background screening

10:00 PM-9:00 AM----[ 11 hours}
Wages
Hourly rate = $15.00
Overtime rate = $22.50
