Looking for candidates highly skilled in preparation and line service, with an emphasis on Fine Dining. Formal Training Preferred. Looking for experience in all stations of line service, Fry/Salads, Saute, Grill. Oven, Expedite. This position will primarily focus on Saute, Grill, Oven and Mid. Should be able to help develop daily specials. Diverse background in a variety of world cuisines desirable. Shifts will include a combination of Dinner, Lunch, and Catering Shifts.. Must assist the Chef at Ports of Call in all related tasks, such as food inventory, kitchen cleaning and management, storage of food, and other tasks as required.
