Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Experience
- A valid nursing license with significant experience in nurse management is required.
- Proven experience in long-term care facilities is required.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
