Core Responsibilities
- General Repairs: Fixing broken fixtures, patching drywall, and repairing doors, windows, or locks.
- Basic Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and replacing toilet components.
- Basic Electrical: Replacing light bulbs, installing ceiling fans, and swapping out outlets or switches.
- Carpentry & Painting: Building shelves, assembling furniture, painting walls, and touching up trim.
- Exterior Upkeep: Cleaning gutters, pressure washing surfaces, and doing minor roof or fence repairs.
- Preventative Maintenance: Inspecting buildings, testing safety systems, and servicing HVAC filters. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
