We are looking for an energetic, personable, and self-motivated Marketing & Community Outreach Representativeto help grow our relationships with healthcare facilities throughout Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean Counties.
Position Summary
As the Marketing & Community Outreach Representative, you will represent RJ Healthcare Services in the community by visiting healthcare facilities, building professional relationships, promoting our staffing services, and increasing brand awareness. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, and working independently.
Responsibilities
- Travel to nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations throughout Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean Counties.
- Introduce RJ Healthcare Services to facility administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), staffing coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Represent RJ Healthcare Services at healthcare events, networking functions, job fairs, and community events.
- Promote employment opportunities and recruit qualified CNAs, CHHAs, LPNs, and RNs.
- Maintain records of facility visits, contacts, and outreach activities.
- Provide regular updates on marketing efforts, leads, and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and confident when meeting new people.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, healthcare staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
