Assists the Chef with any tasks requested while working at an efficient pace to keep up with business needs. Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs. Fluctuating demands of the Club’s operation, it may be necessary that each Employee perform a multitude of different functions therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Employees are expected to help you. Report to the Executive Chef. Must be available for all golf events, parties, banquets and other functions as deemed necessary to assist the Executive Chef. Work Year – roughly 9 1/2 months March through mid-November.
