Estimator / Sales Representative – Delta Paint Co.
Delta Paint Co. is hiring an Estimator / Sales Representative to help with sales, estimating, and customer communication in the Monroe / West Monroe area.
Responsibilities:
Meet clients for estimates
Measure jobs and gather project details
Prepare and send proposals
Follow up with leads
Help close sales
Maintain strong customer communication
Stay organized and help manage incoming opportunities
Requirements:
Strong people and communication skills
Sales experience preferred
Construction, painting, or remodeling knowledge preferred
Reliable transportation required
Organized, self-motivated, and professional
Must be okay with random drug screenings
Compensation:
Based on experience.
Base + commission or commission structure available.
