We are looking for a skilled sushi chef (more than 5 years of experience). Also has to be able to work in fast environment.
the right candidate should be able to clean Bluefin Tuna, Madai, Kanpachi, Shima Aji, King Salmon.
Strong knowledge of Japanese techniques and ability to make rolls.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
