Responsibilities
- Prepare and make fresh rolled ice cream orders in front of customers
- Decorate and customize ice cream creations with toppings and sauces
- Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality standards
Experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual
- Previous food service, retail, or cashier experience is a plus, but not required
