Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales efforts, supporting the sales pipeline, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for customer service.
Duties
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Provide sales support by managing leads and tracking progress through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer engagement.
- Utilize retail math principles to analyze inventory control and optimize product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Engage in cold calling efforts to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and campaigns to enhance product visibility in the market.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within a retail environment.
- Familiarity with sales management practices and techniques.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes and retail math concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
