We are seeking an LVN or RN to join our Huntington Beach team. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a boutique-style setting, enjoys direct patient interaction, and wants to work in a clinic that values both professionalism and personality.
What You’ll Do
- Perform phlebotomy and administer injections (testosterone, B12, vitamins, and other therapies)
- Obtain and document vital signs; manage lab results in our EMR system
- Assist providers in developing and delivering treatment plans
- Provide patient education and guidance to support their care and long-term health goals
- Oversee elements of in-house lab operations, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols
- Deliver a high-touch, concierge experience for patients from check-in through follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Current California LVN or RN license in good standing
- BLS certification required
- Must have prior experience with injections and venipuncture - minimum 2 years
- Previous clinical experience in endocrinology, men’s health, urology, family practice, medspa, or related setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to balance professionalism with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent documentation habits
- No current or pending malpractice claims
