Flow State Creative is a fast-moving, energy-driven marketing and sales firm expanding across the Denver metro area — and we're looking for motivated, personable, and driven individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Team Members. You'll be out in the field every day at live pop-up events, retail activations, and face-to-face marketing campaigns — connecting directly with customers and driving real results on the ground.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Representing Flow State Creative and our clients at live pop-up events, retail activations, and direct marketing campaigns across the Denver metro area
- Engaging customers face-to-face — starting genuine conversations, explaining product benefits clearly, handling questions confidently, and driving sales on the spot
- Supporting event setup, flow, energy, and breakdown — making sure every activation looks sharp and runs smoothly from start to finish
- Hitting your daily and weekly individual sales targets as part of a competitive, supportive team environment
- Tracking your leads, activity metrics, and sales results after each event and reporting back to your team lead
- Growing your skills every day through hands-on training, daily coaching, and real field experience
- Learning the fundamentals of event marketing, direct sales, and customer acquisition from the ground up

How Pay Works This is a full-time hourly position paying $19.26/hour with consistent, full-time hours — giving you a reliable weekly base of $800 to $1,200 per week. Additional performance bonuses are available on top of your base hourly pay. This is not a commission-only role — you earn your base regardless of individual sales results, with bonuses rewarding strong performance on top of that.
Work Location This is a fully in-person, field-based role in Denver, CO. You'll be working at pop-up events, retail locations, and direct marketing activations across the Denver metro area every day. No remote or work-from-home options are available — this role is built for people who show up and show out in the community.
