Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Active LMSW licensure in Michigan
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations
- Knowledge of special education law and processes (IDEA, 504 Plans)

- Strong crisis intervention and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling for students facing emotional or behavioral challenges
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans
- Work collaboratively with staff and families to support students’ needs
- Participate in IEP and 504 Plan development
- Respond to crisis situations and provide acute support
- Document services and student progress
