Location: California 95901
Pay: $2,351 – $2,635/week (+ mileage reimbursement)
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
Setting: Home Health (experience preferred, not required)
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide occupational therapy interventions in home settings
Support functional, physical, and cognitive rehabilitation
Coordinate care and discharge planning with interdisciplinary team
Complete timely documentation and supervise assistants
Education & Experience
Licensure & Certifications
Active Occupational Therapy license in California (Required)
BLS/CPR certification (Required)
Valid Driver’s License; must be 21+ (Required)
