Our firm is seeking a Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have three years of experience working in the legal field and a background in real estate closings. Our firm is currently seeking a Paralegal to work directly with lenders, clients and realtors, and the successful candidate will be involved with a wide variety of closing process.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare closing documents.
- File documentation.
- Track deadlines for closing dates and mortgage contingency dates.
- Prepare documentation for a closing.
- Prepare affidavits and other documents.
- be familiar with the closing process.
Experience:
- Real Estate paralegal: 3 years (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
