We're looking for a friendly, dependable team member who loves great coffee, exceptional customer service, and making people feel welcome. As a Front of House Staff/Barista, you'll prepare espresso drinks, assist customers, package bakery items, keep the bakery looking beautiful, and help create the warm, inviting experience Flour Fable is known for.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks and seasonal specialty lattes
- Welcome and assist customers with orders and recommendations
- Package baked goods and restock displays throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized front of house
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Work alongside the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations

- Coffee or barista experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
Shifts Needed
Thu & Fri: 3:30pm-6:30pm
Sat & Sun: 8am-4pm / 8am-12pm
Requirements & Physical Demands
- Must be available to work weekends and occasional holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working around commercial kitchen equipment and hot beverages.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
