Job Title: Craftsman / Technician – Natural Stone Decorative Surfaces & Floor Restoration

Position Summary:
We are currently hiring Craftsmen/Technicians for our Natural Stone and Hardsurface Restoration division. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning skilled trades, and being part of a team that transforms residential and commercial spaces.
What You’ll Do:
- Restore and refinish natural stone and other hard surfaces
- Remove and replace tile and grout
- Cleaning, sealing, polishing and color-matching
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare job sites and maintain a clean work environment
- Work both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred, but not required – we will train motivated individuals
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
