Join Our Nursing Team: RN / LPN Needed!
We are seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to go to patient (client) homes to provide services such as med sets or diabetic nail care. This role is paid PER VISIT at $30-35 per visit, with approximately 15-20 visits per week. Join a dynamic team that prioritizes client safety, quality care, and collaboration. Key Duties:
- Medication set ups
- Diabetic nail care
- Coordination of care: Support complex patient needs and notify the office of any changes.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate records while strictly following HIPAA rules.

Requirements:
- Licensure: Active state RN or LPN license and current BLS certification.
- Bonus Assets: Experience in pediatrics/NICU, PDN care, home health, or developmental disability care.
