Do you love connecting with people, creating exceptional patient experiences, and helping others gain confidence through their smiles? Our busy, patient-centered orthodontic practice is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, discussing financial options, and helping families feel confident about starting orthodontic treatment. If you're personable, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you.
About Our Practice
For more than 20 years, our practice has been dedicated to providing exceptional orthodontic care using state-of-the-art technology, advanced treatment techniques, and the highest sterilization standards. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment where every patient is treated with dignity, respect, compassion, and outstanding customer service.
Position Overview
As our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional first impression for new patients while guiding them through the consultation and treatment acceptance process. Previous orthodontic, dental, customer service, or sales experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others.
