The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Extensive experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven attitude is a must.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients effectively.
- Participation and execution of the company provided extensive training methods.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, project management, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members.
Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to senior management regarding market needs and challenges.
Reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and presentations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to management.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in a regional sales or similar role.
- Experience in managing high-value accounts
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide team members.
- Analytical thinking for market and data interpretation.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of company’s CRM or other CRM software.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to operate standard office and/or job-specific equipment.

This position operates in a professional office environment or approved remote setting. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets may be used. Occasional travel or extended hours may be required depending on business needs.

Salary: $100,000 annual draw (an advance against future commissions) plus 4% on all sales, or 3% if the project involves a ScoreVision ambassador or any other type of shared commission. Commissions may be revised based on project/sale specifics at the discretion of the CEO or COO.
