We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Discount Fence USA is rapidly expanding and we’re excited about the recent growth of our Commercial Division. We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manger to join our team and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale fencing projects, with a particular focus on metal and chain link gate systems. This role demands a strong understanding of materials, installation methods, regulatory compliance, and project lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple fencing and gate projects simultaneously from pre-construction through close-out.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Provide technical guidance on metal and chain link fencing systems, including installation, welding, fabrication, and hardware integration.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
- Resolve project challenges, including site conditions, client needs, and logistical constraints.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders and upper management.
- Mentor junior project managers and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in fencing, construction, or a closely related field.
- Deep technical knowledge of metal and chain link gate and fence systems, including commercial and industrial applications.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, job costing, and scheduling software.
- Proven ability to manage large crews and subcontractors on multiple job sites.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- OSHA30 certification (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
