Looking for a Facilities Technician with a great attitude who takes initiative to work on-site at our South Bay creative fabrication studio.
Job Requirements:
-Monday - Friday between 8am-5pm
-Clean bathrooms, office, and warehouse space
-Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and dusting
-Empty trash and stock items in the shop, office, restrooms, and breakrooms
-Runs - purchase items needed by crew, pick up and drop off items to vendors and clients (company vehicle available)
-Routine equipment/machine maintenance and record keeping
-Tool and hardware organization
-Heavy lifting
-Inventory of supplies, tools, and materials
-Troubleshoot plumbing issues
-Operate a forklift from time to time
-Ability to communicate with all team members and vendors
**Must have drivers license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record**

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
