Exploring Child Learning Center is seeking a warm, responsive, and reflective Toddler Lead Teacher to join our Reggio Emilia-inspired community. We are looking for an educator who values relationships, respects toddlers as capable learners, and creates meaningful, play-based experiences rooted in curiosity and exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences for toddlers
- Observe and document children’s learning to guide intentional planning
- Create a nurturing, safe, and responsive classroom environment
- Lead and support assistant teachers through collaboration and modeling
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication
- Ensure classroom practices meet licensing, health, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Experience working with toddlers (preferred)
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
