Experienced Estate Planning Paralegal

Responsibilities
- Draft estate planning documents, including:
- Revocable and irrevocable trusts
- Wills
- Powers of Attorney
- Healthcare directives
- Prepare deeds and related real estate documents
- Prepare trust funding documents
- Manage client files from engagement through execution
- Coordinate document signing appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding document requests and follow-up items
- Assist with probate and trust administration matters as needed
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before attorney review
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 years of estate planning paralegal experience
- Strong drafting experience with trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and deeds
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency and willingness to learn firm software
Preferred
- Arizona estate planning experience
- Experience with probate or trust administration
- Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
