Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately, efficiently, and with enthusiasm.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such Toast, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously through effective time management while providing exceptional customer service.
- Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively.
- Support catering events, banquets, and private events functions by serving drinks promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems to process sales efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing fresh, seasonal cocktail ideas that keep our menu exciting and on-trend.
