We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The candidate should have a strong background in a Russian/Ukrainian style of nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in Russian/Ukrainian nail techniques, along with your ability to engage with customers, will contribute to a positive salon experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including Russian/Ukrainian manicures, pedicures, hard gel nail extensions, and nail art/designs
- Sanitize tools and workstations according to industry standards to ensure client safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive atmosphere for both staff and clients.
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Russian/Ukranian nail care techniques.
- Experience in customer service
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work up to 3-4 days per week, including Saturdays
