AM Homes is a licensed provider of Integrated Community Supports (ICS) serving adults with disabilities across the Twin Cities metro. We help individuals live independently in their own apartments while receiving personalized support and training in their community.
What You’ll Do
As an ICS Direct Support Professional, you’ll work one-on-one with adults with disabilities in their homes and community to build independence and quality of life. Your daily work includes:
- Supporting clients with household management, safety, and daily living skills
- Assisting with community participation and social engagement
- Providing health, safety, and wellness support
- Documenting services and progress toward individual goals
- Responding to client needs during your shift
Schedule
Evening shift: 1pm–9pm Monday-Friday and e/o weekend.
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine desire to support people with disabilities
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a DHS background study
Pay: $19.00 per hour
