Overview
We are a custom cabinetry and millwork company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects. As part of our continued growth, we are implementing a CNC production system using Mozaik software to optimize production efficiency and precision.
We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Programmer / Operator to join our team and help establish and manage our CNC production workflow.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC router machines for custom cabinetry and millwork production;
- Program CNC cutting and machining operations;
- Interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and production plans;
- Prepare machine setups, tooling, and materials;
- Monitor machining operations and ensure production quality;
- Maintain accuracy and finishing standards for all produced parts;
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams;
- Assist in developing and organizing CNC programming workflows;
- Participate in the setup and implementation of the company’s CNC operations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software;
- Experience working with files generated from AutoCAD;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Organized, reliable, and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with Mozaik software for cabinet design and CNC programming;
- Experience with CNC routers for woodworking and cabinetry applications;
- Experience with cabinet manufacturing workflows and CNC optimization;
- Familiarity with additional CAD/CAM software such as Cabinet Vision or Fusion 360 is a plus;
- Experience implementing CNC processes in cabinet shops or woodworking facilities;
- Portuguese or Spanish language is mandatory.
