Department : Stress MRB Eng.
Experience:
- 13+ years in a specific technical discipline or 15+ years of broad engineering experience with a Bachelor’s.
- Credit for advanced degrees: 2 years for Master’s, 4 years for PhD.
Technical Expertise:
- Ability to work on complex engineering projects requiring major technological advances.
- Strong knowledge of advanced engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
- Capable of conceiving and planning investigations in areas where precedents are lacking.
Leadership & Decision-Making:
- Responsible for entire engineering projects of major complexity.
- Makes authoritative technical decisions with significant impact.
- Leads development of innovative ideas and principles.
- Acts independently, using judgment to optimize product, cost, and schedule.
- Develops standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.
Other Requirements:
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to work under consultative direction with independence.
- Expected to be a recognized authority in their field
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
