Elite Armory Plus is a full-service firearms retailer and indoor shooting range located in Tracy, CA. We offer a wide selection of firearms, accessories, and training — all backed by our top-rated customer service and professional, friendly staff.
We’re looking for a Firearms Sales Associate who is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping customers have a great experience while keeping every transaction compliant and accurate.
We have a part-time or a full-time position available.
Responsibilities
- Range operations and assist customers with firearm rentals
- Greet customers and assist with firearm, ammo, and accessory sales
- Accurately complete all required paperwork (4473s, CA DO
- Maintain the sales floor and restock inventory as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional attitude
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a clean background (not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms)
- Strong knowledge of firearms and firearm safety
- Excellent attention to detail — accuracy is a must
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and POS systems)
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to stay focused
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in firearms sales or retail
- Familiarity with ATF and California DOJ regulations
- Experience with inventory or POS systems
- Valid California COE (Certificate of Eligibility)
