We provide high-quality personal care, companionship, and support to seniors and adults with disabilities. We are seeking an energetic Sales Associate to help us expand our reach and build strong relationships with community partners.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate referral relationships with care managers, supports coordinators, and healthcare professionals
Assist prospective clients and families in understanding services and navigating the enrollment process
Support client onboarding and agency-to-agency transfers
Represent Open Arms at provider events, senior fairs, and community outreach programs
Log activities and lead status in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications
2+ years of sales, outreach, or business development experience (in the Home Care industry)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, organized, and capable of managing a field-based schedule
Basic proficiency with computers and CRM systems
Reliable transportation for in-person visits in Philadelphia and surrounding counties
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
