Overview
Cast Iron Fitness & Nutrition is looking for a Personal Trainer to become a part of a growing business. We are a small personal training business in need of a motivated individual to take on current clients and bring in your own clients to our space. We design progressive overload strength training programs, nutrition plans and running training plans for private clients and small groups/semi-private clients. We use the Trainerize platform to program workouts and track clients progress. Open to monthly rental for individuals with an established client base or hourly contract-based payment.
We currently have an amazing client base that keeps growing and we need your help to facilitate our expansion!
Duties
- Design and implement customized fitness programs tailored to clients’ goals, abilities, and health conditions, utilizing your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
- Lead one-on-one personal training sessions, ensuring proper technique
- Conduct engaging group fitness sessions of up to 6 clients
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition, injury prevention, and stress management strategies
- Track client progress through assessments and modify programs accordingly to maximize results
Experience
- Proven experience in personal training or fitness coaching
- Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, sports coaching techniques, and proper body mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to design effective exercise programs for diverse populations with varying need
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Certification in personal training (such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM) is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
