Are you looking to jump-start your career in the automotive industry? Our CDJR Service Department is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Associate Advisor Assistant / Cashier / Porter to join our winning team.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first friendly face our customers see—greet and assist them at the Rental service counter.
- Open and prepare the Rental service area to ensure everything is ready for business.
- Park, move, and return rental customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
- Assist Service Advisors with writing repair orders and dispatching vehicles.
- Set up rental agreements, explain terms, and thoroughly inspect vehicles before and after rentals.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing credit card and digital transactions.
- Learn product knowledge through online training courses.
- Perform clerical tasks and light building maintenance as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort using a computer and phone.
- Availability to work some Saturdays (service closes at 2 PM; no Sundays).
- Ability to stand, sit, and bend as needed throughout the day.
