Professional Painter & Painting Subcontractor (Crew Required)
H&S Painting & Refinishing is seeking professional, experienced painting subcontractors with established crews to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial painting throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Position Overview
As a Painting Subcontractor, you will be responsible for completing interior and exterior painting projects while maintaining our high standards of quality, professionalism, and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for established painting crews looking for consistent project-based work.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial painting projects.
- Complete interior and exterior painting services.
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming.
- Paint cabinets, trim, doors, walls, ceilings, and exterior surfaces.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while meeting company quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and project managers.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional painting experience.
- Must have an established crew of at least two (2) painters.
- Must be licensed and insured.
- Must own professional painting tools and equipment.
- Reliable transportation for crew and materials.
- Ability to read and follow project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cabinet refinishing.
- Drywall repair and texture matching.
- Pressure washing.
- Experience managing projects and supervising crew members.
- Familiarity with Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore paint systems.
