Now Hiring: Factory Maintenance Technician
Location: Lebanon, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00/7:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time | Paid Weekly
Gillmann Services, Inc. is hiring a skilled Factory Maintenance Technician to join an industrial manufacturing team in Lebanon, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair motor control systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC programming documentation
- Install conduit, pull wire, and complete terminations
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
- Diagnose and repair/rebuild electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Adjust and optimize PLCs and VFDs for performance
- Assist with the installation of new machinery and equipment during plant upgrades or expansions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Intermediate welding skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical testing tools (ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
