About the Role
As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in the high-volume production of automotive components. You will utilize your technical aptitude to operate heavy machinery and ensure our production lines maintain peak efficiency while upholding the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities-
Operate and monitor industrial manufacturing equipment to ensure seamless production flow and output quality.

Execute manual labor tasks, including the movement and positioning of raw materials and finished components weighing up to 75 pounds.

Maintain a high level of operational uptime by performing routine equipment checks and coordinating with maintenance teams for rapid repairs.

Document daily production metrics, machine performance, and downtime logs to support data-driven process improvements.

Uphold a safe and organized work environment by strictly adhering to industrial safety protocols and utilizing required personal protective equipment.

Perform regular sanitation of production zones to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily throughput targets through consistent attendance and proactive communication.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

Physical capability to perform repetitive heavy lifting, standing, crouching, and bending for the duration of a shift.

Demonstrated reliability with a strong commitment to consistent attendance.

Basic computer literacy for logging production data and machine status.

Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.
