About the Role
As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in the high-volume production of automotive components. You will utilize your technical aptitude to operate heavy machinery and ensure our production lines maintain peak efficiency while upholding the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities-
Operate and monitor industrial manufacturing equipment to ensure seamless production flow and output quality.

Manage the movement of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring inventory is positioned correctly for line efficiency.

Perform routine quality inspections to verify that all components meet rigorous manufacturing specifications.

Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize operational downtime.

Maintain detailed logs of machine performance, cycle times, and production metrics.

Uphold a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all industrial safety protocols and utilizing required personal protective equipment.

Execute manual labor tasks, including lifting and positioning heavy materials, to support continuous line operations.

Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive lifting of 50-75 pounds and extended periods of standing or crouching.

Proven reliability with a strong commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality.

Basic computer literacy for logging production data and monitoring machine interfaces.
