Responsibilities:

Perform financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Analyze financial data and identify key trends to help clients assess the impact on the transaction.

Synthesize and convert the data into meaningful information that is used to drive discussions with target management and drive observations and conclusions.

Prepare and present detailed financial analysis reports, including EBITDA, working capital, financial statement, and debt & capital structure analyses.

Lead and manage engagement teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.

Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the transaction process.

Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes and methodologies.

Participate in meetings and conference calls with target company management and with client personnel
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA certification is preferred.

Big 4 required KPMG, EY, PwC, or Deloitte.
