What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)
- Serve Up Smiles: Greet every guest like they’re your best friend.
- Craft Drinks Like a Boss: From ice-cold drafts to signature cocktails, you’ll follow our recipes to perfection (and maybe add your own flair).
- Stay Cool Under Pressure: Handle multiple orders at once while keeping your bar clean, stocked, and running like a well-oiled tap handle.
- Team Up: Work with our FOH rockstars and kitchen legends to keep service smooth.
- Upsell Like a Pro: Suggest the perfect beer flight or cocktail to match their meal (and boost those tips!).
- Keep It Clean & Safe: Follow all health and safety guidelines — because nobody likes a sticky bar.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year slinging drinks in a busy bar.
- Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and quick with a smile (and a joke).
- Energy: You can handle a busy night without breaking a sweat.
- Communication: You’re clear, confident, and a team player.
- Flexibility: Nights, weekends, and holidays are when the magic happens.
