As our Office Admin & Recruiter, you’ll help build an incredible caregiver team, support families in need, and play a key role in our agency’s growth. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants ownership, and a career with purpose. This position will be in Rowley, MA office for the first 90 days and then in the Danvers, MA office ongoing.
What You’ll Own
- Drive caregiver hiring — attract, interview, and onboard top CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and nursing students
- Be the face of the office — handle calls, emails, and new client inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Build relationships that keep caregivers supported and maintain accurate caregiver compliance files and documentation
- Serve as the go‑to support for caregivers
- Participate in our evening/weekend on‑call rotation
- Help create a positive, connected, high‑performing team culture

What You Bring
- Strong communication and customer service instincts
- Ability to think fast, stay organized, and juggle multiple priorities
- Comfort with Applicant Tracking System (Paradox experience is a plus)
- Comfort with Scheduling Software (Wellsky, Axiscare, etc.)
- Recruiting or HR experience preferred — home care experience is a bonus
- A compassionate, professional, team‑first attitude
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
