We are looking for a friendly, organized and motivated Orthodontic Financial Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team! This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic treatment journey.
Position Details
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Pay: $24–$29/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Present orthodontic treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Explain insurance benefits, payment arrangements, and financing options
- Coordinate scheduling for orthodontic treatment and follow-up visits
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient accounts
- Maintain accurate patient records and financial agreements
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience
- Work closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Previous orthodontic experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing finances and payment options
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Experience with Dentrix and insurance verification is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
