Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish & English) motivated and detail-oriented Stainless-Steel Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting manufacturing operations within a fast-paced facility, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and safely. Your hands-on expertise will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and smooth workflow throughout the manufacturing process. The process also includes necessary mechanical installation on some particular projects. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Use forklift trucks to move materials and finished products safely within the warehouse or warehouse lot.
- Assist with the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of machinery on the assembly line to optimize productivity.
- Conduct quality checks during various stages of assembly to ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, material handling, shipping preparation and necessary installation when required.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with mechanical systems and manufacturing tools.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets and improve operational workflows.
Skills
- Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility environment.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools, hand tools, a heavy machinery press break and forklifts safely.
- Strong understanding or willing to learn of assembly processes within a manufacturing setting that includes press brake machinery.
- Warehouse experience is preferred, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency.
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and operating machinery throughout shifts.
