RoMac Building Supply has an immediate opening for a Construction Takeoff Technician in Leesburg. With over 700 employees RoMac Building Supply is one of Florida's premier residential and commercial building material suppliers. A family owned company: we have been in business since 1945.
This role requires working with the Design Center and Sales staff to provide complete and accurate on-time proposals.
- Interact with Sales staff in relation to material requests
- Read architectural/structural plans to provide a comprehensive material list per scope of work requested
- Provide complete and accurate takeoffs.
- Utilize Bluebeam & Excel/Google sheets in the creation of material requests
- Construction background is required
- Above average computer skills and math knowledge.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
